Tanner Humiston

Tanner's journey with human behavior, interpersonal dynamics, and conflict resolution began during his military service in the Middle East and Central Asia, specializing in military intelligence. Transitioning to the corporate arena, he applies extensive experience to help organizations worldwide develop individuals, teams, and leaders.

Driven by a passion for personal growth, Tanner founded First Monday with the mission of guiding individuals toward their best selves, fostering compassionate and objective perspectives on situations and behavior. He also shares his expertise at Seattle University as an adjunct professor, instructing on negotiation skills, cross-cultural communications, and leading undergrad and graduate students on immersive study abroad trips that provide hands-on experiences in diverse environments.

T. Noble Foster

For over 25 years, T. Noble Foster has been a dedicated educator at the Albers School of Business & Economics, specializing in negotiations and business law, including teaching in the Leadership Executive MBA program. As the former editor of the Journal of Law, Business & Ethics, his research is featured in prestigious publications. Beyond academia, he served as Assistant Dean and received the 2013 Spirit of Service Award from the U.S. Army ROTC at Seattle University. Professor Foster's teaching areas include negotiations, business law, and risk management. With a rich legal background, he has held key roles with the Washington State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
